Climate change affects how banks lend, and the resulting frequencies and magnitudes differ by factors such as farm size. This paper is one of the first works that uncover the distributional impact of climate risks on access to finance.
Increasing climate risks pose fiscal and debt challenges for national governments. In this paper I examine how climate risks affect sovereign default risks with consideration of fiscal conditions.
Nature-based solutions (NBS) such as mangrove restoration are underpriced, but can yield substantial benefits in climate adaptation. We develop a new framework for pricing and valuing NBS.
